Has anyone got a download link to the old 'Diablo v2' tactic for CM 03/04?

I fancied going back to CM 03/04 for a bit of light hearted fun taking a team from rock bottom to european glory using the old 'Diablo v2' tactic, but i can't find it anywhere.

I would be very grateful if anyone could post a working download link for it if they know of one, or even email it to me if they have it (my email address in my profile)?
