suspended players in friendlies

hi.at first i had 2 players suspended in one friendly match.they were banned for one match but after that,each time i had some friendlies they were still suspended.how is that?maybe because i create my own friendlies and not my assitant?

1. This belongs in GQ
2. Because they'll be banned for a competitive game not a meaningless friendly.

I managed to decrese Carraghers 6 match ban to 1 competive match by arranging two friendly cups.
