different types of 'leader' personality?
for captain choices i try and pick someone who has leader in their profile. i've seen 3 different types of leader (leader, charismatic leaser, born leader) ingame.
was wonder what makes them different from each other, in which order they are considered best to worse and why?

From my observation, a leader requires high numbers in key attributes (Determination, Teamwork, Workrate >= 15; Influence 19 or 20)
For a born leader or charismatic leader, he requires high (hidden) mental attributes (Ambition, Loyality, Pressure, Professionalism, Sportsmanship, Temperament all >= 15 + Low Controversy), and high reputation (tied to player ability). Examples include Terry, Barzagli, Raul.

Going thru the various countries (captains, vice-captains) and just saw one 'leader' with low WR and TW, and he's an outfield player. So I take back the part about needing high WR, TW.
Reckons high TW and WR is required for a charimastic or born leader though.

I think I've seen a player described as born-leader who actually wasn't a great captain choice because he was temperamental, unsportsman-like and had low work-rate and teamwork.
He did have 20 for influence however. So I think (but not sure), that's the only requirement.
