The head in the background (the smaller one) perhaps should've been blended in a bit or something but the thing is awesome!

If you scanned it, that is a pretty damn good scanner you've got there!

it was on the right side
but ended up removing one and it end up being my avatar.

is there a tutorial on how to get that cartoony effect some where, or does it have to be done with wacom

nah, you can do it with photoshop, you just have to be very skilled to be able to pull that sort of thing off though

do a search for vector art and photoshop, its a very slow process though and is very hard to pull off
