Really, it don't look good. Background is too bright, and too red :). Render looks like badly cutted, especially near right ear and around hair. Text sucks at all - you should play with it's look; use gradient, shadows, blend modes. The only thing I like is portrait on the right which shows Kewell's back; it looks great to the rest of signature.
That's my oppinion :p.
Ps. Check 'Tutorials' section on forums, there you will learn how to make nce signatures ;].
