My Photoshop seems to only want to do capital letters. And no, caps lock is not on and in Microsoft Word it's not all capitals. Also, I've tried with it with Windows Default fonts and still no lower case.

I had that too mate. Heres what you do, while ur typing, and the type tool thingy is flash, hit ctrl + t you should get this:

Now click the first one, which i have highlighted, u may be on the one that says "TT"
