Aye, the background needs a bit of a lift, and the photo quality of Luque is poor.
But, nice idea for the whole "name, number and club" thing you have going on there,

for the bg : add some effects. It would be great if the background is detailed. and the shadow in the left wasn't good. And like above said, the render has a bad quality

and for the text.. Stop those yellow kind outer glow. Okay? ^^|
