Please help! Anyone have an idea on how to create a trapezoid-type shape?

I'm trying to make a "keyhole" shape, and the bottom needs to be in the shape of a trapezoid to accomplish the effect. Hmmm, any ideas?

1/ Drag three vertical guides at equal distances
2/ View>Snap
3/ Take rectangular selection tool and draw rectangle.
4/ Take Ellips Selection tool and draw from above rectangle on central guideline with Alt and Shift pressed. Let go of mouse button first. This way you add to the selection.
5/ You can make a path from the selection, or go to edit>stroke. You stroke say 2 pixels.
6/ Now choose Edit>Distort perspective and drag one upper corner.
There's your keyhole.
