Hi, I'm new to the site. Just wondering if it would be possible to make a normal image into like a cartoon image on Photoshop?

Any help much appreciated.

I got one...
you duplicate your layer 1 time...then gausian blur on the duplicated layer, after that set the blend mode to darken i think...

yeaht hat sortta works or u go to filter artistic then cartoon cut out or another filter is called poster edges, then there is threshold in the edit list i think maybe it's in the one next to it on the right i think it is
