I dont know whether this is a known issue but Euro 08 has just finished on my game. England didnt qualify, Holland/Portugal went out in the group stages and Germany went out to Russia in the Quarters. All the teams have the same managers, which is kind of given that after tournaments there is usually a merry go round of managers plus a lot of major nations failed or under-performed.

They do usually get sacked/or leave if they perform poorly. I find that after every tournament, 4 or 5 managers will leave or get sacked.

hmm weird that it didnt happen in mine - especially how McClaren didnt qualify for the Euro's

yup after every international tournamanet 5-6 managers get the boot..

what year you in??

and no one got sacked after the tournament??

I think if managers fail to reach the minimum targets then they get the boot..
