This has started ti increase in the wrold of football. Managers bring in assistant manager whom they have worked with for a long time, like capello bought his men. So did avram grant i think, etc.

Do any of you do this?

If so, how can u make ur assistant move to ur new club? Simply signing him?

ive dun it afew times mainly with coaches though, and only ones that leave the club after i leave :thup: you clearly know they like working with you

I try to do it but sometimes it is too expensive to sign them from your old club. Also sometimes I find that they outgrow their position and end up managing.
