I tell you what I do, I run the English, Italian and spanish leagues and when I see a team that has dropped more than 2 leagues in the game than where they should be in real-life, I take them over and manage them back to their real-life league.
I have my own profile as Newcastle manager and stay in that job, then add a new profile to take over a team that has dropped down the leagues, get them back to where their supposed to be, then resign and wait to for a job to be available in another team and apply, most of the time my other managers get offered other jobs.
I end up with about 6 other managers as well as my profile managing Newcastle, it takes the boredom of playing as only one team.
