Default Quick question on manager stats
Does anyone know what exactly the 'Tactical Attributes' mean for managers? Is it how good they are at the given stat (eg. Attacking, Tempo, Pressing, etc), or does it just mean what the manager prefers and to what degree he'll try to use it?

it's about how good a manager is at training his players at that specific statistic.

the part where it says "preferred style" or something to that effect, is about what style he will use.

Tactical Attributes determine how good the manager is at applying those changes.
Coaching Attributes determine how good he is at coaching others in those areas.
Like Zlatan' said, the Pressing Style, etc. will show what he prefers to do.
