2 of my players have SLT next to their names which when I click on comes up with:

"Feels the team isn't playing anywhere near it's potential"

Will a couple of good results rectify this or can a team talk bring the players round?

Good results should fix this. However, if you've been on a bad run of form for a long time, you can arrange a player meeting via media interaction with your captain. If all goes well everyone should be content again and willing to help the team win games.
