Off topic Euro 2008 threads are best posted here - this particular forum is just for the discussion of Football Manager.
To answer your question, absolutely not. Although I did win it with them on FM08 \o/ Beat Portugal on penalties.

No chance.

A.The players are over-rated.

B.Numb nuts McClaren would most probably still be in charge, so even if England did make it to Euro 2008 we wouldn't even get out of the Group stages let alone win it.
