A more talented but less determined one or a more determined but less talented one? Physical atrributes very similar.

if you are at a highly talented club you would probably prefer a talented DM to distribute play and pick out players. A lower league team would like a more determined DM to break down attacks. A less talented DM will not be able to pick out many passes but would still contribute to build up play.

It all depends how you want your DM to play. To you want him to just break up the oppositions attacks, or do you want him to play a vital part in building your own teams attacks?

Depends how far apart their stats are. Including other than just determination.

Owain Tudor Jones is the linchpin in my Woking side in the EPL. Captain as well. Don't know what I'm going to do when he retires.
