I think some of the ideas on those pictures are very good, eg right clicking someone in the tactics menu and making them FK taker, pen taker ect from there.
2. Sale Price
This is a huge problem, clubs asking ridiuclous money for players. For example, Dos Santos. Moved to Tottenham recently for 4.8m could rise to 8m. How much would it cost on FM atm? 25-30m?
Villa before the Euros had a price tag of 17m, made by Valencia themselves. Okay he's gone up quite a bit because he's been amazing in the Euros but still i think whoever signs him, and it looks like he will sign for someone this summer, it would be a hell of a lot less than what you could get him for. Quaresma on FM had a sale price of over 20m, i think he'd be a bit less than that!
I just hate having to find 17 year olds or really unknown players with good stats just to have a good team with a cheap budget.
3. Reputation
Leading on from this i think reputation and loyalty are a problem when signing players. There are players who play for average/middle table teams in different divisions who snubbed me when i was at United, when when i was giving them over 5 times more what they had at the moment. I think it's just way to unrealistic. Players who are at clubs who don't get into Europe will sign for the likes of Tottenham who tend to get into Europe most season, especially if their doubling their wages. Modric and Dos Santos are very good examples of this.
Another good example of both 2 and 3 are Barcelona atm. Deco, Eto and Ronaldinho looking to leave and Zambrotta already left. I know their clearing out and on FM they usually do better than they have but still, it's impossible to sign anybody from the likes of Barcelona on the game, no matter who they are and how much you bid.
