Have I missed something here. There are a lot of people giving a number out of 200 for these. Where do you find this info?

To find out a players CA and PA before the game starts, go onto the official game editor.

Some players have '-' PA's, which means they have a varying PA. To find out which PA the players in mention got in your save, you will have to use an in game scout(miniscout, geniescout, football mnager modifier).
