hey guys, was just wondering, is it possible to be offered to manage the under 21 or under 19 of a national side rather than the full side

Well, if you are the National Manager, under the manage National Team Settings, you can choose to manage the U21 and U19 squads as well. But you MUST be the National manager to do this!

It is possible to be asked to take over U21's by the current National manager. It is also possible to manage the U21's/U19's when adding a manager, without being offered the job.
