something that is really annoying and a big glitch in the system:

i don't play my games anymore, i always go on holiday for one day. it goes faster. this was my line up for the match:

Like always i selected when going on vacation: "use same squad and tactics".

All the players marked with red are players that i didn't selected for the match. even worse: all players on the bench are players from my reserves or youth squad. offcours i'll never select them.

So SI, this better has to be fixed next year.

I'm sure you won't get much sympathy if you don't actually play the games. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just seems to defeat the object of playing the game :thup:

This has been an issue for years.

I just assumed it was the ass man thinking "He's left instructions based on players' fitness on the day he selected them, but now it's my butt on the line I think I'd better select what *I* think is the best team. Just like I'm supposed to. My boss is off galavanting on a beach somewhere in the middle of the season, so I guess it's up to me to pick MY best team..." and so on.

If my boss left instructions before going on holiday I'd use my own judgement to take decisions, especially if I felt circumstances had changed since his instructions were issued.

I only use the holiday function when I've already won the league, and leave my ass man to make ALL the decisions for me. He usually wins, so I can't complain.

I know, it probably IS a bug. I'm just playing devil's advocate.
