i have started the database with england, spain and russia but i cant apply for any jobs , why is that normally you can apply for any you like inside that country?

because when you start the game your forcing the current manager out of his job so you the player can take over. the only thing u can do now is wait until someone gets sacked apply for that and hope you get lucky or start a new game

Go on holiday for half a year, take a look at what's available, check out which managers are in trouble and apply for any jobs that are going.

Or go on holiday, ticking the boxes to go on holiday indefinitely, apply for higher reputation jobs and to return from holiday when offered a job.
