I signed a player called Hani Abd Rabo from the egyptian club Zamalek. There is a thingy that bans egyptian players to sign a contract for other clubs outside Egypt so Hani will sign the contract after two years and I wanted to give him some match experience because Zamalek didn't have any fixtures so I created a frendly match between Zamalek and my reserves but Zamalek were unavailable for a frendly match. Is it a legal issue or a bug?

The game doesn't create a schedule for the leagues that aren't loaded up, but the players will still get games during the season, even though no fixtures are shown on the list. So if you try to create a friendly during the egyptian league season, they will still deny.
