do a clubs facilities detrioate (sp) over time? for example man utd have got top training facilities and state of the art youth facilities but if the board do not spend any money on them then in 5-10yrs they won't be state of the art anymore because new technology and equipment will have been invented. If this hasn't been implemented so far do you think it should be in fm 2009?

i don't think so... i'm guessing that there are maintainence costs for training facilities, which probably means replacements for deteriorating state of the art equipment. top clubs replace & upgrade to match the times irl.

implementing something like that would annoy me personally, especially if you've struggled to convince the board to upgrade, then 5 years later it's back to the level it was, which sends player stats & the quality youth players plummenting.
