I once beat Liverpool 8-1 in the Champions League final as Scunthorpe in FM06. Not my biggest win but by far my best.

As England manager I once won 31-0 in a world cup qualifier but that was against azerbigan(sp) and it was FM2007.

U.S.A 9- Canada 7 Gold Cup Semi Final

Managed Canada and had two red cards in teh game, just pushed m ywhole formation up so I had no defenders, so basically a goal kick resulted in a 9 on 4.

When I got my copy of FM06 (IIRC) I tried something new for my first campaign - managing the highest and lowest rated manageable sides in England - at the time being Chelsea and Blyth Spartans.

The only time they 'çrossed' each other was in my first ever friendly. It really showed via the Match Engine the difference in class.

Score: Chelsea 36-0 Blyth.

It was a good laugh maintaining such a schizoid career - you should try it!
