i really like this idea and think it would greatly imrove the closing down system that stopped me buying FM08. i only have two problems with your suggestion:

- what if you manage a team in red?

- you have presented it very well graphically and have shown how Si could make it look but we dont know how easy that would be to programme, which might be a barrier Si could not break in time for FM09

Well the outline doesn't have to be red

It could be set up in pairs or something. So blue kits have a red outline, red kits a blue outline, black/white, and so on. Red was just a colour I chose as it stood out well against the Brighton kit and the green pitch.

Unfortunately I have no idea regarding the programming problems. I have no knowledge in that area at all. I'm sure someone from SI will pop along at some point and shed further light on it.
