Just save it to your desktop, or 'My Documents' or wherever you choose. Once it's downloaded, just double-click it and it should open. If you don't already have it, you may need to download Acrobat Reader, which you can get here and then you'll be good to go.

What does everyone think about the new format?

I printed out the MLS guide to start a new game and it is much easier to read than the first two issues.
