I'm trying to loan out my good young players but having a problem.

I offer to clubs and but no offers are made however when I go to transfer centre it says a couple of clubs have made a proposal. i have also tried to send one of my players to an affiliate but the same thing happens.

any ideas what I can do to get the players loaned out? cheers.

no, I have that on "no instructions"

In the transfer centre when it says proposal it means that you have offered the player to them teams and they are currently deciding whether to follow up on the offer and not that they have made a proposal to you.
Hope that clears that up a little

I get this too - I'd say it's a bit of a bug. I got round it by going to the transfer centre and clicking on the offer. Can't remember exactly what I did next but on that screen there's something to click that 'reminds' the considering club to get their offer in!

how can you offer to the player to like one specific club?

You can't, unfortunately. However, if one club expresses interest it will respond.

I hope they can do this, allowing you to send your player to a team that you think he will get good training and first team action then its up to them if they want to accept.
