Quick question, I always play with small clubs and therefore it takes a while to build my rep up to take the step to International managment without loading a huge database and without ticking all the box's to load nations to manage is there another way to make all the national jobs available for me to be offered the job during the game?

You should be able to manage any national team even without have there nation as playable iirc.

Yep, coolbananas is right, I was manager of chelsea, only had EPL loaded, was also manager of croatia for 5 years, so you dont need to change anything in the settings just make sure you win some stuff or at least do fairly well, your rep will go up and the offers will come flooding in

Only so long as there are enough players of that nationality to make a squad with. Which would be 23 at least.
