Finishing, work rate, stamina, positioning, first touch, bravery, creativity, off the ball, agility and natural fitness would be the most important attributes.
Depending on what you're into, dribbling, free kicks, marking and aggression would also be important.

| Well you can still play at the back if you prefer, or alternatively play up top if you're the conventional scoring type. Whatever position you like to play, it's good if she has excellent heading ability.
