Yeah i had same problem

but after hours of mucking about, i know how to do it

click start and go into the games folder
Right click, FM, and then "Customize"
Then highlight the one that says "Play(play" and then "Edit" down the bottom
And then add the -small_screen -windowed thing to the target box that comes up

Thanks, in my target box at the moment it says:

"CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\fm.exe"

Do I add that on or put it in the box instead?
