I know some people love team talks and some people hate them particularly because of the effect they can have on the game especially at half time. Do you think it would be a good idea to be able to do give in individual talk when you bring on a sub. just a thought.

would be nice. You can already do this if you bring on one at h/t of course. I also believe this has been brought up here before.
