Default Finding it hard getting a new job

All right, I've now been 8 months without a job. I started at LA Galaxy, and I was there for three years. The first and second year I only reached the Semi-Finals of the MLS but in the last year of my reign I finally won the MLS. After that I wanted a new challenge and resigned of LA Galaxy. That was in December 2009. I'm now trying to find a new job (I got a lot of interesting leagues loaded) but I've been unsuccesful, even with smaller clubs. I find that pretty weird with a decent continental reputation and winning the MLS (Although that ain't a big league). My name was mentioned with Haarlem but that club plays so low in the Dutch First Division that I didn't feel the need to go there. I've been applying to a lot of clubs but nothing has come of that..

I'm going on holiday and apply for every job available, only getting offers of low league Brazilian, Uruguayan, Chilian or Colombian clubs. Is it because I only managed one club = little experience??
