Alright I really like this wall, but there are things you can improve and I hope this helps you a bit.
Firstly, the typography is the worst part of the wallpaper and it really lets it down. The fonts used are too "basic". I would remove the text on the diagonal white area because it does not fit so much. Also, you have wide open space on the right of the wallpaper, fill that up with some cool futuristic text. Use two fonts, one bigger and one smaller, the bigger saying "Luis Garcia" then a simpler font with a description of him.
Leaving the typography behind, you should make it a little brighter and sharper. The yellow is too dark, and even the render. Sharpen it a bit and add more brightness to the render and the fire.
Also for the flames... find some pictures of real flames with a black background. Put the image on screen, and you have a real effect. Go to corbis.com or some other stock photo site and I am sure you will find some legit flames.
Otherwise, it is a really nice wall, it can be improved but it has the potential. That is the important thing. Keep it up, your stuff has really looked nice recently, especially on the sig scene, and I hope you can improve on your walls too.
