players without a team tend to retire after a set amount of time regardless of ca/pa, or a place on their international team.

on top of that, players from minor footballing countries retire much much quicker than from more established countries. this is one main reason why it's so hard to get world class players from odd countries without constantly saving and checking fm genie or a program like that.

I disagree. I've not used Genie Scout, or MiniScout (due to being on a Mac) - and I've found plenty of "these players" who are, if not world class, very good.

just as many are generated, they're just available for a much shorter amount of time due to quickly retiring.
