But as swarfega says, with the current blobs it will still be hard to determine exactly right. It would be good for us in decisions that are obviously wrong, but it will continue to be a judgement call when it is questionabel but not decisive.

managers could have a telly in the dugout showing sky sports or something, and look at replays, but its been outlawed for next season.

I Have Few Ideas.

1. More interaction with the players during a match. And you could tell the players your about to bring on to warm up before and tell them what you want from them or anything they want any of the players to do on the pitch like they do in real life if a sub comes on and talks 2 a player.

2. more media, player, manager ect interaction, like more vary of comments to make.

there just 2 ideas because there isnt much more they can do 2 make it a better game than it already is, or atleast what i can fink of

When I try to build a good U19-team I often scout youngsters. Unfortunately the report is based on comparing them against the best Senior Squad players in the AssMan's opinion.
I guess then there is a possibility of offloading a good prospect, when the AssMan says: "he's some way off xxx standard". I reckon it's not fair to compare a 16-17 years old propect with a 27-28 established senior squad player. Who knows what he will turn into in the future ?
Could it be an idea to have a scrolldown-option-menu where you can choose between having the report based upon a 'senior squad' menber or a 'U19' member ?

Ernst, they usually also tell you if they have the potential to be as good or better than the cuirrent first team player. I never use scouts because the are pants.
