Just a quick question: do coaches skills like tactics, set pieces or attacking improve the with time?

Yes, it's possible to hire a former player with poor coaching attributes and they will improve over time. I hired Totti as a coach with Roma even though he was pretty crap, 3 years later he left to take over Cagliari and had pretty good stats.

Yeah what Nomis said.
Its a great feature, I have Ryan Giggs, Makkelke or however you spell it and a few other former players you had some good states on coacing but they improve fairly fast.
Some become great coaches/managers

How do you know the potental of a coach?

unlike players we can imagine their PA as per Scout reports, but there arent such thing for coach, or dose it?

I had a Brazilian GK become a GK Coach, and he had awesome stats.

I think his name was Bonano or something like that.

Football Manager Modifier (FMM) give CA/PA for all people included in the games, even us.

Happy-slappy, was Bonano not that Argentinian guy that used to be Barcas GK?

FMM or Genie Scout, both cheating of course. All personnel in the game have CA and PA, I think.

The determination attribute, er, determines this. If a coach has a high determination, it means that he has a drive to better himself.
