Restrictions on non-EU players
Does anyone know of any European leagues that do not restrict the amount of non-EU players you can have (excluding English leagues)?

I think Serbia have no restrictions, including on work permits as well. Not 100% sure though.

Holland have no restrictions at all and Germany have no restrictions (except in the cup where you're only allowed 3 in the matchday squad).

In Italy you can play as many non-eu players as you like, but can only buy one a year from outside of the country.
