Just a quick thought. I read a lot of threads of how quick they took Leeds up in the first season. But who has long time to get them in the Championship.

I have just done my first season and failed to get them in the play-offs but now the board expaect me to win League One

I once took two seasons, but got sacked the third when I nearly relegated them.

They have by far the highest rep of any L1 team, so it's not hard signing players. Depends how you like to play FM. If you want to find your own, look at ageing Championship players and those who aren't getting a game, and also make sure you have a Prem parent club to loan a bunch of talented youngsters from. I won't name names in case you don't want that. If you DO want that, there's a massive Leeds United thread in the Good Player and Team forum.
