Matias Fernandez who plays for me is now 31 , I recently decided to drop him from my 1st team , as soon as I did , My teams tempo , has increased a lot , my replacement for him is 22

Does this make a Difference ?

Interesting question, whats the replacements pace, decision making like compared to an older Fernandez? I couldn't say for sure, but it's a possibility that a quicker younger playmaker could have an affect on the tempo.

it would obviously make a difference if your player than you replaced him with had higher stamina,morale,and other physical stats.
