disasterd is infamous around these parts
Default Transfer Embargo hasnt been lifted even though the takeover has been completed
Basically there was a board takeover

now this has been completed , they have even updated my transfer budger by about 400%

but when i go to make an offer for a player
the transfer embargo is still on

its been over a week on the game now
and the transfer window is almost closed

is this normal???
