it makes the game so unrealistic , i jst played celtic and all there "greyed out" plyayers where full off 19 and 20's . same with the all the other european team .

It seems like a slight bug that these players are so good. For example, if you are playing in the FA Cup with a BSP team, the lower league teams will have better players than you. If SI choose to make the 'greyed-out' players promotable to proper players next season, I think that it may be changed so that the 'greyed-out' players are more likely to be good at high reputation clubs.
