could someone please explain how this works??
i thought it was dependant on how many international caps a player had got. i tried to sign someone who had 38 caps and it got knocked back, now i'm confused.....
there must be some other parameters, but i don't know what they are.
Ps.. to martin o'neil....please sign pavlyushenko (russia)...lol

They must have played in a certain percentage of the international games over a certain period of time. (I forget the values).

The country must also be in the top 75 rank.

He must have played in 75% of internationals for his country in the two years before the application, while the player's country must regularly make the top 70 world rankings.

Probably he hasn't had enough recent caps, or the player's country isn't ranked highly enough.

Really? I've heard he spends most of his time in the GPTG.
