lol this might sound kinda stupid but i was wondering if anyone had some calming down tactics, because usually when i concede a goal or lose a game i get really frustrated and usually if im losing i will change to a 3-2-5 all out attack, or i will just tell all my players i am angry and drop half my players to the reserves lol. so i need some things to help me calm down if im losing/drawing.
