The role he will play at the club also makes a difference in the game - you are more likely to get the work permit if you offer him a key role

Usually either championship clubs or spanish second division. I gave the majority key roles.

Spanish clubs do not need work permits for their players.

It's possible the championship teams may have hired better lawyers? I'm not sure. There are very few people who I've ever got work permits for on appeal outside of the Prem.
