in my transfer centre i have supposdly bid for a player , however he is not on my shortlist , and appeared after i looked at his stats . this goes every time i cancel this , but re appears the next day . any suggestions ?

Same here too. I spent 10 years at Spurs with a goalkeeper apparently due to sign.

I didn't want him.

He never signed.

He joined two other clubs in the meantime.

Stayed on my "transfer" list throughout.

Oh well, no real harm is there. Just a slight annoyance and minor bug.

Never seen this before. Are you using an official or unoffical database? Try going into the database to see if the transfer could be removed that way but remmeber you'll have to start a new game though unless you want to try something like FMM.

Official database. This "transfer" started in 2018, with the manager of the club before I took over. It really didn't bother me. It was just there in the transfer section for infinity

I remember something similar happening to me in FM07. Its a shame they couldn't fix it for FM08 but i'm sure it will be gone by FM09.

This happened to me twice. At first it was annoying. Then I tried something: made bid for the player for an amount of $0, the team would reject it. Then go to your transfer page and the player won´t appear any more.
