grrrr.. just when i thought the worst was over, i go on a 5 game losing streak. it did include away games against manU and liverpool, but i lost the anfield game and that was the last straw.

my midfielder, lucas, chases a loose ball in my own penalty box, then, inexplicably he decides to stop and run in another direction. this lets kuyt get the ball and score...
the last straw for me. im going out and taking a break. this is too much for one afternoon.

im not going back to another game, cos ive done really well as russia's national coach and im looking forward to playing in euro2012.

For me its 1 week, as they mostly accept that. I had a problem on 05 at some Serie C2 team where I resigned after only a few games after my players seemed to be seeing how many consecutive games they could sent off. Can't remember the details but it can't have been more than 6 or 7 games and I think the red card tally was pretty much the same if not a little higher. since then I've always had tackling on 'easy' as opposed to 'normal' and most seasons I usually only have 1 or 2.

I tend to simply fine players 2 weeks wages on the spot for just about everything and it's only ever backfired once - which was solved by playing him regularly.

Alternatively, try and get an assistant manager whose level of discipline is higher.

im happy now. Werder Bremen came in and solved my problems. im their new manager. nice bunch of players too, dos santos, diego, kerzhakov (who is the star of my russia side too) among others and a bunch of nice regens too.

and all i have to do this season is to stay clear of relegation.

i took the offer once, spent close to an hour fixing up the training schedules and tactics etc etc, then the game crashes. some sort of serious error, i was at my wits end. i loaded up an earlier save and i got the werder bremen job again, now ive saved it.

btw, ive never managed in germany before. it seems ive got 2 assistant managers. is that a problem? id fire one if i have to.
also, do you guys specify training schedules for the kids too? i generally have the kids training 'general'.
