Default Arabian leagues

I'm sure this has already been asked many times, so forgive me for asking again. Or don't, if you're not the forgiving type.

Is there any chance that the various Arab countries will see their leagues represented in future versions of FM? I would love to manage a team in Qatar and buy second-tier Brazilian players for lots of money...

Depends on research...

If they can't get sufficient researching for these leagues, then they won't go through the effort to get a license to put them into the game.

FM should get the Brazilian researchers to do it.

I believe many of these leagues are researched already, especially the Saudi one and the ones from North Africa.

Most of the leagues in the game aren't licensed, so I don't think licenses are relevant here.
