I quit because a dragged this sorry bunch to the premier league and when I do the board sell all my good players, but yes I may have been a little hasty. Unfortunately I didn't think i'd be unemployable!

However in early June 2015 my persistence finally pays off and Dergview of the N. Irish 2nd division feel sorry for me.

Just goes to show that if you hang round the job centre long enough they’ll find you something just to get you out of their hair! Kids we're having jam with our bread and butter tonight!!!

Dergview – Second Division – 2015-16

Board have 2 year plan to be a reasonable league 2 side.
Board expect mid-table and media predict 10th, I go for top half finish to get more of a wage budget and start furiously scouting, I also look up some of my ex players from Annagh and some even remember who I am!
There are a lot of players at this squad so I immediately have a cull. I also manage to get a few of my ex Annagh players on board on frees, unfortunately not my goal machine though. I do go a bit striker mad though buying 5!!
42 (forty-two) players out for 100k (is this a record!!)
15 players in for 0k (6 of these are ex Annagh players, one of which I sold for 150k)
Dreadful start to the season saw us get knocked out of all the cups at the first time of asking, and after 8 games we were in the relegation zone. Then we clicked and went the rest of the season unbeaten to take the league on goal difference. My reputation is now back in tact and I am getting linked with jobs in England, namely Welling and Hednesford. No concrete offers yet, but I will be jumping ship at the first opportunity!

At the end of the season my chairman accepts a £100k bid for my DM and I can’t blame him looking at our finances, he would have undoubtedly won POTY.
Also my assistant manager leaves which is a shame as I really rated him.

But the main plus point is to be back in management, I won't be resigning again in a hurry!!
