Default Training?
Anyone got any good suggestions on how to set up your trainging regime. For example what should i set up MC or DMC etc. Your help will be appreciated.

i tend to set MC to attacking/fitness
DMC to defending/fitness

all defenders to defending/fitness
midfielders depending on there positions attackingor defending/fitness/technique
attackers attacking/technique/fitness
goalkeepers left on goalkeeping

i don't rli bother but i always set young players to technical.
