I'm using Leeds united in FMH2008..i find that there hv some great player in my "Leeds united B team"..but why i can't accorach or transfer to my A team ?

This has happened to me before aswell. I don't know why. Not much you can do about it.

If he's a 'grey player' then he's a virtual player there just to fill up squad space and its intentional (if a tad harsh) that you can't move him.

(will probably try and ensure they're removed from Reserve teams for next version if possible to save frustration)

or you could just put regens into the reserves from the start of the game so basically make the grey players available

Is this facility dependant on what league your in. I've started two games with league two sides and neither game appears to have the option to promote players from the reserve team, although you can demote players from first team to reserve team.
